Ingredients:
1pack | (200 g) | PUREFOODS SEAFOOD DELIGHTS TAIL-ON SHRIMPS, cooked according to package instructions |
1 pc | (290 g) | ripe mango, cubed |
1 pack | (30 g) | toasted cashews |
1 stalk | (50 g) | green onion, chopped |
1 pc | (80 g) | Romaine lettuce, trim ends and cut in half |
1/2 | cup | MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE |
2 | tbsp | prepared wasabi |
1 | tbsp | honey |
2 | tbsp | premium soy sauce |
Procedure:
1. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, toss shrimps, mango, cashew, and half of the green onion.
3. Put lettuce on a plate. Top with the salad mixture and garnish with the remaining green onion.
Makes 4 servings.
