Ingredients:
| 1 | cup (240 g) | fresh buko juice |
| 1/2 | cup | MAGNOLIA PURE FRESH MILK |
| 1/2 | cup | pandan sugar syrup |
| 3 | cups | ice cubes |
| 1 | pc (387 g) | buko, use meat only |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | water |
| 5 | pc | pandan leaves |
Procedure:
1. Combine sugar with water in a saucepan.
2. Add pandan leaves and simmer until sugar is completely dissolved. Let pandan syrup cool. Set aside.
3. Combine buko juice, milk, pandan syrup, ice and buko meat in a blender. Blend until smooth.
4. Transfer to serving glasses and serve immediately.
Makes 3 servings.
