Ingredients:
1 | pack (250 g) | PUREFOODS COOKED HAM, sliced into strips |
2 | tbsp | cooking oil |
3 | tbsp | slivered garlic |
8 | pc | crabsticks, shredded |
1 | cup | white wine |
1 | pack (250 mL) | MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM |
1 | tbsp (7 g) | paprika |
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste | ||
300 | grams | fettuccine noodles, cooked according to package directions |
2 | pc | MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, use egg yolks only |
3 | tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Procedure:
1. In medium-sized pan, heat oil for 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté until light brown.
2. Add crabsticks and ham. Cook for 1 minute. Add wine and let simmer then add cream and paprika. Simmer for a minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add pasta and toss until well coated. Turn off heat then immediately add egg yolks and stir continuously.
4. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
5. Transfer to a platter. Serve.
Makes 6 servings.
