PORK LOIN WITH CREAMY GARLIC SAUCE


Ingredients:

8 pc MONTEREY PORK LOIN CHOPS, about 1" thick
iodized fine salt and pepper
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
6 cloves finely chopped garlic
1 cup MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1 tbsp minced parsley

Procedure:

  1. Season chops with salt & pepper and pan fry in 1/4 cup butter until lightly browned on each sides. Set aside.
  2. Pour off excess fat. Add remaining butter and sauté garlic.
  3. Add cream, deglaze the pan. Season w/ magic sarap and pinch of pepper.
  4. Pour sauce on the chops and topped with parsely.

Makes 8 servings
